Our interest in The Party Wall etc. Act 1996 started in 2005 after dealing with a company of Loss Adjusters. Our interest grew in the Act and from 2007 we have had several members of our team pass the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors requirements to become full members of the Faculty.
